En compl\u00e9tant l\u2019\u00ab\u00a0Inventaire de d\u00e9ploiement des forces\u00a0\u00bb, les discussions anim\u00e9es, les exercices d\u2019\u00e9quipe en classe et la \u00ab\u00a0Planification d\u2019action\u00a0\u00bb connexe, les participants d\u00e9velopperont de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats du cours incluent une meilleure efficacit\u00e9 interpersonnelle des dirigeants, une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du r\u00f4le que joue le \u00ab syst\u00e8me de valeurs motivationnelles \u00bb d&#039;un individu sur le lieu de travail et comment une telle compr\u00e9hension peut influencer positivement le climat de travail, la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s ainsi que l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 de la coalition.
