Une coalition de Pennsylvanie s'est efforc\u00e9e de sensibiliser la communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 l'abus de m\u00e9dicaments, en particulier en ce qui concerne les produits en vente libre contenant du dextrom\u00e9thorphane (DXM). Lorsqu'il est utilis\u00e9 selon les instructions, le DXM est un antitussif s\u00fbr et efficace. Mais la coalition savait que certains jeunes achetaient et consommaient de grandes quantit\u00e9s de m\u00e9dicaments contre la toux pour se d\u00e9foncer. L'abus de sirop contre la toux aurait contribu\u00e9 au fait qu'un \u00e9tudiant local ait poignard\u00e9 sa grand-m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n
