L&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement aura lieu\u00a0<strong>Feb. 6-9, 2017,<\/strong>\u00a0at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in National Harbor, Md. Forum will kick off with the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration\u2019s (SAMHSA) Prevention Day; feature 75+ training sessions covering topics ranging from the marijuana legislation landscape and tobacco cessation to the opioid epidemic and underage drinking; offer attendees the unique opportunity to meet with members of Congress on Capitol Hill Day; and welcome hundreds of youth to take part in CADCA\u2019s National Youth Leadership Initiative to learn how to become effective community leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Le Forum national de leadership du CADCA est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de quatre jours rempli d&#039;occasions d&#039;apprendre les derni\u00e8res strat\u00e9gies de lutte contre la toxicomanie et d&#039;entendre des experts en pr\u00e9vention de renomm\u00e9e nationale, des administrateurs f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et des d\u00e9cideurs politiques concern\u00e9s. On Thursday, <strong>Nathaniel Kendall-Taylor, PhD, CEO of FrameWorks Institute<\/strong> will discuss the most effective ways to frame social and scientific issues for public impact.<\/p>\n<p>Forum also features two days of Power Sessions, which are unique opportunities to engage with federal representatives. For example, <strong>George F.
