Au cours des six derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les programmes internationaux de CADCA ont accueilli des boursiers du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humphreyfellowship.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme de bourses Hubert H. Humphrey<\/a> dans le but de compl\u00e9ter une affiliation professionnelle dans le domaine de la pr\u00e9vention des toxicomanies.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La bourse Humphrey offre un programme d&#039;\u00e9tudes universitaires de 10 mois, sans dipl\u00f4me, pour l&#039;enrichissement professionnel aux \u00c9tats-Unis pour les professionnels exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s de pays en d\u00e9veloppement d\u00e9sign\u00e9s. En tant qu&#039;activit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9change Fulbright, le programme esp\u00e8re favoriser un \u00e9change mutuel de connaissances et de compr\u00e9hension sur des questions d&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat commun aux \u00c9tats-Unis et dans les pays d&#039;origine des boursiers. Il a produit plus de 5 600 boursiers de 157 pays depuis sa cr\u00e9ation il y a 30 ans. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, ils apprendront son adoption aux niveaux local et national dans des pays tels que le Mexique, le P\u00e9rou, les Philippines, le Ghana, le Tadjikistan, etc. \u00c0 la fin
