Dans cet article de blog, Yurimar partage son parcours dans le domaine de la pr\u00e9vention, ses objectifs futurs et comment les deux se recoupent.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9e et \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 Porto Rico, Yurimar a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9e au travail de pr\u00e9vention lorsqu&#039;elle est devenue la repr\u00e9sentante du secteur jeunesse de sa coalition locale, Coalici\u00f3n de Prevenci\u00f3n Morove\u00f1a, en 2014. Elle est rest\u00e9e une membre active tout au long du lyc\u00e9e o\u00f9 elle a eu l&#039;occasion d&#039;assister \u00e0 plusieurs \u00c9v\u00e9nements de formation CADCA.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abJe pense que ce sentiment r\u00e9sonnerait chez la plupart des formateurs CADCA en leadership des jeunes, mais chaque fois que j&#039;allais \u00e0 la mi-ann\u00e9e ou au Forum national du leadership en tant que participant, j&#039;avais ce petit r\u00eave de devenir formateur. Ce n&#039;est qu&#039;au cours de ma premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e \u00e0 la Texas Woman&#039;s University que j&#039;ai re\u00e7u l&#039;invitation officielle \u00e0 rejoindre l&#039;\u00e9quipe \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Yurimar.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;J&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 en tant que formateur de jeunes en 2018, et chaque exp\u00e9rience que j&#039;ai eue avec CADCA, d&#039;abord en tant que participant, puis en tant que formateur de jeunes, m&#039;a fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 et m&#039;a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en tant que professionnel. Quelque chose que j&#039;appr\u00e9cie vraiment et que je ch\u00e9ris du d\u00e9partement de leadership des jeunes, c&#039;est qu&#039;apr\u00e8s vous avoir pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir formateur, ils vous permettent de cr\u00e9er votre propre mat\u00e9riel et de d\u00e9velopper votre style personnel de formation et votre fa\u00e7on de faire les choses. C&#039;est quelque chose que j&#039;ai transf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans de nombreux domaines de ma vie, mais surtout dans ma majeure en musicoth\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Au cours de ma premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;universit\u00e9, j&#039;ai en fait \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la musique \u00e0 l&#039;Universit\u00e9 interam\u00e9ricaine de Porto Rico. Le piano est mon instrument principal, et j&#039;en joue depuis environ 15 ans maintenant. Naturellement, c&#039;\u00e9tait un endroit o\u00f9 je me sentais \u00e0 l&#039;aise, mais une fois que je me suis impliqu\u00e9 dans la prise de parole en public et le service communautaire, j&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me sentir confus quant \u00e0 la direction que je voulais prendre. Je ne savais pas si jouer du piano sur sc\u00e8ne \u00e9tait vraiment ce qui m&#039;\u00e9tait destin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;J&#039;ai finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de m&#039;inscrire \u00e0 la Texas Woman&#039;s University, afin de pouvoir continuer \u00e0 soutenir et \u00e0 aider les individus, mais en combinant cela avec ma passion pour la musique. Lorsque j&#039;ai d\u00e9couvert la musicoth\u00e9rapie et appris que je pouvais aider des personnes souffrant de diff\u00e9rents troubles de sant\u00e9 mentale ou souffrant de toxicomanie, cela s&#039;est senti tr\u00e8s li\u00e9 au travail que nous faisons \u00e0 CADCA.<\/p>\n<p>Yurimar poursuivra sa formation en musicoth\u00e9rapie dans le cadre d&#039;un programme de ma\u00eetrise en ao\u00fbt. De plus, elle effectuera \u00e9galement un stage de six mois au Children&#039;s Health Hospital de Dallas, au Texas, \u00e0 partir de janvier 2023. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un site hautement comp\u00e9titif et satur\u00e9 dans lequel des \u00e9tudiants en musicoth\u00e9rapie de tout le pays postulent, et un seul est accept\u00e9. chaque semestre. CADCA f\u00e9licite Yurimar pour son acceptation.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, le r\u00f4le de Yurimar \u00e0 CADCA s&#039;est \u00e9galement \u00e9tendu au travail international, o\u00f9 elle soutient actuellement les efforts de cinq pays d&#039;Am\u00e9rique latine dans le d\u00e9veloppement de coalitions et les initiatives des jeunes. \u00ab J&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 penser \u00e0 ce qui se passera apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 ma ma\u00eetrise. En tant que conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re bilingue, j&#039;ai remarqu\u00e9 qu&#039;il y a un besoin incroyable de soutenir les coalitions qui commencent \u00e0 se former \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle internationale. J&#039;aimerais continuer \u00e0 traduire les supports de formation n\u00e9cessaires et voir comment je peux les aider \u00e0 grandir et \u00e0 se
