CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE: A Certificate of Attendance is available for attendees who fill out the 2023 Forum Overall Feedback evaluation at the end of the event. A link for the Overall Feedback evaluation form will be emailed to all attendees on Thursday, February 2. After you submit your response, you will be directed to a webpage to download the certificate of attendance. Please contact evaluation@cadca.org with any questions.
Please note, for CPS credit hours, some states require more than a Certificate of Attendance. IC&RC provides a list by state at www.internationalcredentialing.org/memberboards.
CEU CREDITS: Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits are available through George Mason University (GMU) for attending SAMHSA’s Prevention Day and CADCA’s National Leadership Forum.
