Join General Barrye L. Price, Ph.D., President and CEO of CADCA, as he welcomes attendees of the 31st Annual National Leadership Forum and introduces himself and his philosophy to the field! From training sessions to Capitol Hill appointments to networking activities and more, you’ll receive an overview of what to expect over the course of this four-day event. Tune-in to learn information that all attendees need to know to get the most out of Forum.

Legislative Update Plenary
Wednesday, February 3 | 1-2 pm

During this plenary, members of Congress will discuss legislative issues, opportunities and priorities related to community-based substance use and misuse prevention, treatment and recovery. A copy of CADCA’s digital Capitol Hill book will be available on the Forum platform, which will be accessible to all registered attendees. This book includes logistical information about Capitol Hill appointments and other important congressional-related topics. 

 

Membership Plenary
Thursday, February 4 | 10-11:15 pm

 Join General Barrye L. Price, Ph.D., President and CEO of CADCA, and General Arthur T. Dean, Chairman and CEO Emeritus, CADCA Board of Directors, for an interactive Q&A discussion as they reflect on prevention successes and lessons learned over the past 20 years. 

National Leadership Awards Plenary
Thursday, February 4 | 1-2 pm

CADCA’s National Leadership Awards Plenary is the celebratory culmination of Forum. During the Plenary, CADCA will recognize the individuals and organizations that have made a major impact on the coalition field throughout the year, with a special focus on our 2020 National Leadership Award, presented to CADCA’s Chairman and CEO Emeritus, General Arthur T. Dean.

 

Closing Plenary
Thursday, February 4 | 4-5:15 pm

As the National Leadership Forum comes to a close, General Barrye L. Price, Ph.D., President and CEO of CADCA, will reflect on the highlights of this event. He will conclude by sharing his vision for CADCA now and in the future. This is something you don’t

Coalition Academy Graduation 

CADCA’s National Coalition Academy (NCA) is a comprehensive training program developed by CADCA’s National Coalition Institute. This training teaches leaders what they need to know and what their team needs to do to establish or maintain a highly effective anti-drug coalition over the course of three highly intensive weeks.
 

Attend the Coalition Academy Graduation on Tuesday, February 2, from 5:30-7 pm to cheer on the graduates. Congratulations Class of 2020!
