Prior to CADCA, Andrew served as Director of Health Policy at the Florida Department of Health in Alachua County. In this role, Andrew led a Health Policy Department with a long list of Policy, Systems, and Environmental (PSE) Change accomplishments in the areas of tobacco, violence, obesity, health disparities, and Health in All Policies (HiAP). In this role, Andrew also served as a strategy and talent development consultant for Tobacco Free Florida, where he developed a variety of effective tools and trainings for public health professionals and coalitions in Florida and across the nation.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew tiene un M.Ed. en Fundamentos Sociales de la Educaci\u00f3n y Licenciatura en Ciencias Pol\u00edticas y Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad de Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto en su vida profesional como voluntaria, a Andrew le apasiona brindar a los dem\u00e1s las herramientas para hacer su mejor trabajo.
