The letter, signed by 39 state and territorial attorneys general, advocates for closing the hemp loophole \u201cto leave no doubt that these products are illegal and that their sale and manufacture are criminal acts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The letter was signed by a large bipartisan group of state attorneys general from states which both have and have not legalized cannabis. CADCA applauds this letter and is also working hard to close the hemp loophole in the fiscal year 2025 appropriations process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n
