Uno de los mayores desaf\u00edos de esta d\u00e9cada es la adicci\u00f3n a los opioides. \nEl contenido de este kit de herramientas se cre\u00f3 para abordar el uso indebido de sustancias en las comunidades rurales a trav\u00e9s del compromiso significativo y la participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes rurales en el proceso para promulgar un cambio duradero que contribuir\u00e1 a comunidades saludables y seguras en todo Estados Unidos. Gran parte del contenido fue desarrollado y refinado por CADCA a lo largo de tres d\u00e9cadas de experiencia en el desarrollo de capacidades y la creaci\u00f3n de cambios a trav\u00e9s de coaliciones comunitarias de los 50 estados de EE.
