Since 1992, CADCA has been the premier prevention association, equipping coalitions with the tools, knowledge and support needed to create positive change in their communities. We represent over 7,000 community coalitions in the United States and more than 28 countries, drawing participation from key sectors such as schools, law enforcement, youth, parents, healthcare, and more. Bush creates the President&#8217;s Drug Advisory Council (PDAC) to recommend and advise on national drug control policies<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                     <\/div>                                 <div class=\"grid-item\">\n                                        <div class=\"img\"\n                         style=\"background: url('https:\/\/www.cadca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1992.png')\"><\/div>\n                    <div class=\"text-side\">\n                        <h3><\/h3>\n                        <p>PDAC recommends the formation of a national nonprofit to help coordinate substance use prevention partnerships.
