Jasmine Gatlin serves as the Youth Leadership Manager at CADCA, where she plays a pivotal role in driving the creation and execution of youth engagement public health initiatives, with a particular emphasis on substance prevention. With her extensive background in working with young individuals and leading national youth campaigns, she has proven herself as a catalyst for empowering and training aspiring young leaders to become advocates in the realm of substance misuse. In addition to her instrumental work with youth, Jasmine has provided invaluable technical assistance to numerous community coalitions, lending her expertise to enhance their substance prevention endeavors. Her commitment and contributions have greatly strengthened the collective efforts in promoting healthier communities.

She is currently pursuing her Master of Divinity at Howard University School of Divinity with a concentration in ethical leadership and racial justice. This specialized focus fuels dedication to youth advocacy, as she is driven to effect meaningful change and amplify the voices of young leaders who are addressing pressing issues within their communities. Jasmine is an avid reader and draws inspiration from the works of influential thinking women such as bell hooks, Octavia Butler, and Alice Walker.
