The Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act is slated for mark-up in the House of Representatives’ Judiciary Committee the last week of this month and House leadership announced floor time for opioid bills, including CARA, during the 2nd week of May.
This news makes our goal to reach 200 co-sponsors in the next month even more important. We are at 112 co-sponsors and need your help to reach our goal of 200 co-sponsors by April 30th. The more co-sponsors we have, the greater the likelihood CARA will pass the House.
