Kathleen Widmer

Kathy Widmer is President of the Johnson & Johnson Consumer US OTC Division, and Co-Chair for Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc., North America.  The US OTC division has provided healthcare solutions through well-known and trusted over-the-counter medicines and products, including Tylenol®, Zyrtec®, Motrin®, Pepcid®, Sudafed®, and Benadryl®, to consumers for over 130 years.  

Kathy began her corporate career in the Consumer sector at Johnson & Johnson where she advanced through many roles in Supply Chain and Marketing, eventually leading Marketing for the US OTC Division.  During her time with Johnson & Johnson, Kathy championed innovation, a strong consumer and customer focus, and accountable leadership.  She left Johnson & Johnson and joined Elizabeth Arden, Inc., where she spent 5 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, leading global marketing strategy, brand development, and execution.  She returned to Johnson & Johnson in her current role as leader of the US OTC Division. 

Kathy graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and was a Captain, US Field Artillery Battery Commander in the US Army.  She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and is a Board Director for Texas Roadhouse, Inc., a publicly traded casual dining restaurant chain headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. 

She is married to her West Point classmate, Bob, and has 3 grown daughters – Megan, Jessica, and Victoria.  She resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania.

In her spare time, she maximizes time with her immediate and extended family, enjoys a variety of health and fitness activities, and is an amateur enthusiast of all things creative and design-oriented.
