CADCA’s Drug-Free Kids Campaign’s silent auction opened this week. Your participation in our silent auction contributes to CADCA’s Drug-Free Kids Campaign to help us continue our work with youth and adults to make significant changes in America’s communities. Up for bid are items such as a Canon PowerShot digital camera and a three-nights’ stay at the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, Calif. Items change frequently, so log onto our website to place your bid.
The annual Drug-Free Kids Campaign raises funds for CADCA’s National Youth Leadership Initiative, scholarships and trainings which have proven to be effective with helping coalitions prevent substance abuse in their communities. More than 100 corporate, government and community leaders lend their support each year. The Campaign recognizes organizations and individuals who have contributed in a singularly outstanding manner to our cause of keeping America’s youth safe and drug-free.
You are also invited to join us at our 13th annual Drug-Free Kids Campaign Awards Dinner Sept. 27 as we celebrate the work of thousands of community coalitions across the nation and world like yours that are helping to keep kids safe, healthy and drug-free.
If you have an item (gift card, spa treatment, gift basket, etc.) that you would like to donate to our silent auction, please contact Mia Wallace at 703-706-0560, Ext. 265. The amount we receive from the purchase will be donated in your name to our Campaign.
