  • Insurance Claims Reopened for CADCA’s 2010 Leadership Forum

CADCA was able to issue more than 400 2010 Leadership Forum refunds for registrants who were unable to attend the event during the historic blizzard. Our efforts were successful due to the detailed background information provided by registrants. Despite CADCA's publicized efforts to submit claims to our insurance company, some coalitions didn't make the deadline and were unable to submit a refund request. So, CADCA asked the insurance agency to reopen the claim and we were successful. The new deadline to submit your refund request is Aug. 31, 2010.

  • Bridging the Gap Between Research and Action

In order for a coalition to recognize and analyze the effects it has on its community, a strong evaluation skill set is essential. While data, research methods and protocols can be lost and confused in scientific jargon, CADCA Institute's Evaluation and Research department helps coalitions properly assess and evaluate their efforts and translate research into practice.
