SDFSC PROGRAM: ACHIEVING RESULTS AT THE STATE EDUCATIONAL AGENCY (SEA) LEVEL

Although the Department of Education has not collected or reported to Congress on the data as required in the NCLB Act (Sections 4116 and 4122), states throughout the country have exercised due diligence and collected the relevant data and information on their programs. The State Grants portion of the SDFSC program has clearly achieved measurable results at the SEA level.
