Adult and Youth registration fees include:
Spouse / Guest registration includes access to networking events only. Pre-registration ends Monday, July 14th. How Do I Register?We are sorry, but pre-registration is now CLOSED! Registration will be open
on-site starting Sunday, July 27, 2008 in Palm Springs. Note: Your registration fee includes daily continental breakfasts, daily morning and afternoon breaks, welcome reception, and plenary luncheon on Monday. Payment PolicyRegistration forms are required for each participant. We will not process registration forms that do not include payment. Purchase Orders: Purchase orders are not considered payment. Invoices will be sent for purchase orders received; however, registrations submitted with a purchase order will not be processed until after payment is received. Change in Payment: Once payment is received, any changes to the payment method such as change in credit card number or name will be treated as a cancellation and subject to an administrative fee of $75. Re-registration will be at the current rate. Membership VerificationMember status with CADCA must be current in order to receive the member rate. We will verify your membership at the time of registration and will not process registrations where the member status is not current. In an effort to speed up the registration process, you can verify your membership status with CADCA's membership department. Click Here to learn more about becoming a member. Cancellation PolicyWritten requests for refunds must be postmarked on/or before July 14, 2008 and will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after July 14, 2008. No refunds are given for no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event. Substitutions are welcome if notified in writing to swhitmore@cadca.org before July 14th. If the information is not received by this date, substitutes will be treated as onsite registrations at the full fee. Substitutions will incur a $75 administrative fee.
