Social Media 101 served as a stepping stone into what social media is and how to use different platforms and tools to engage audiences. This was the first in a series of six monthly webinars on social media for community coalitions. By the end of the 90-minute Webinar, participants will be able to distinguish between social media, social media tools and social media marketing. The session aimed to provide participants with information to make them more comfortable with social media and give them a good breadth of knowledge to build on in the remaining sessions of the series.
