Ready, Set...Evaluate Your Coalition!

To be successful, a coalition must evaluate its infrastructure, function and processes; its programs and strategies; and changes in health/social status or the community itself. This webinar is intended to demystify evaluation and help you assess potential challenges and your readiness to evaluate. Answering the 4 “Ws” of coalition evaluation will prepare you to 1) choose appropriate methods and tools; 2) select appropriate short, intermediate and long-term indicators to measure outcomes; and 3) use evaluation make your coalition accountable to its stakeholders and improve its effectiveness.
