Established in 1992, CADCA is a national nonprofit organization that has grown to be the primary communication and training resource on substance abuse prevention for community members and community coalitions throughout the nation. CADCA maintains and strengthens its position and reputation as a national leader in reducing the demand for drugs through competent, responsive and flexible project management. CADCA’s partners include public, private and nonprofit organizations that engage states and community leaders to implement effective programs and strategies that target the reduction of substance abuse, and its related problems.

There are various ways to work with CADCA, such as:

SAMHSA IDIQ

CADCA is an approved contractor with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) under the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (IDIQ).

CADCA is approved in IDIQ domains 5 and 7 for large companies:
5) Program Marketing & Communications Projects
7) Technical Assistance and Training Projects

Potential contract offers and partners are welcome.

Fee-for-Service Contracts

All CADCA services are available via fee-for-service contracts. CADCA routinely provides training and technical assistance on a broad spectrum of topics germane to community development and population-level change. CADCA services are applicable to all community issues, not just anti-drug issues.

International Training

CADCA seeks opportunities to form new international partnerships to reduce the global drug demand problem. Currently, we work closely with a number of international partners to develop anti-drug coalitions through training and technical assistance to local non-governmental organizations. CADCA is also classified as an NGO in special consultative status to the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations. In that role, we help shape global drug demand reduction policy by participating in high level UN meetings and conferences.

Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)

In 2009, CADCA applied to be listed on the MOBIS schedule in the GSA Consulting Services 874 1, Facilitation Services 874 2, Training Services 874 4, Support Products 874 5, and Off-the-Shelf Training Devices category 874 9. Placement on the MOBIS schedule makes our training and services available to federal agencies and organizations within the community.
