"Drug abuse and addiction take a terrible toll on families—rich, poor and middle-class—around the country. They rob people of jobs, educational opportunity, self-respect and sometimes their very lives. CADCA and its members work to combat drug and alcohol abuse where that fight is most immediate and effectively fought—the city, towns and communities across the county where people live and work."
