Celeste Brown

Celestine Brown joined CADCA in July 1999. She has been with our organization for over 8 years. She is the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for the CADCA staff, and provides support to the Vice President of Finance & Administration, and the Deputy Finance Officer.

Before Coming to CADCA, Ms. Brown provided administrative support to Centre Group in the communications department, were she worked with The Washington Wizards, the Capitals, Baltimore Ravens, Orioles, concerts, and theatrical events in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. Ms. Brown was born in Washington, D.C. and attended the University of District of Columbia.
