From the President's Drug Advisory Council (1989-1992) to CADCA's existence (1992 to present), the volunteers and the CADCA staff, under the leadership of General Art Dean, have demonstrated their dedication and commitment to reducing substance abuse, drug related crimes and violence. Through this national coalition building process, together, America is a better place to live and raise our families. All should be proud! ...but the struggle must continue...
