CADCA's training and technical assistance department provides services to hundreds of members, customers and concerned citizens annually through on-site training, satellite broadcasts, publications, conferences and special events. Subjects covered include:
The National Leadership Forum is the largest conference of grassroots and professional community coalition leaders in the country. More than 1,000 participants gather each year at the Forum to network and learn about some of the most innovative programs, products and services. Being utilized by other communities nationwide. The Forum is designed to inspire, motivate and encourage attendees to become catalysts for change in their communities.

The media are a powerful tool that can help community coalitions get their message out and receive the public support they need to make their efforts successful locally. CADCA's marketing and communications department helps coalitions create and capitalize on opportunities to gain favorable media exposure, while at the same time, working to expand the national media profile of the community anti-drug coalition movement.
