Platinum level exhibitors receive a ½ page black and white
ad in the Forum Program.
Gold Level Exhibitors receive a ¼ page black and white ad
in the Forum Program.
Please submit your ad to cscarmeas@cadca.org.
All files must be submitted in a black and white tiff
format at 300 dpi at final print size. For ads that appear as a
full bleed you must ad 1/8" to the provided measurements on
each side i.e. 8.5 x 11 becomes 8.75 x 11.25.
Platinum Level Exhibitors-Half page - 5.5 x 8.5 (landscape
orientation)
Gold Level Exhibitors-Quarter page - 4.25 x
5.5 (portrait orientation)

Bag Inserts Due 12/19/03
Platinum Level Exhibitors have the opportunity to include one 8
½ x 11 insert in attendee registration packets. Please mail
your printed inserts to:

Note: We are anticipating 2000 attendees. PLEASE mail
enough inserts for all attendees.
Exhibitor Registrations
CADCA requires a registration form for every person who will be
attending the Forum as a representative from your organization.
Depending on your booth package, you will receive the following
number of complimentary registrations:
· Platinum Level
– Three (3) Full Registrations
· Gold Level – Two (2)
Full Registrations
· Bronze Level – One
(1) Full Registration
Please complete an individual registration
form for each attendee and fax it back to CADCA by Friday, December
19th. If you require any additional registrations, you can purchase
them at a reduced fee for $275 per person.
Service Kits
Hargrove, Inc. will be sending you your exhibitor service kits in
the next few weeks. The service kit will include information on
how you can order additional equipment and other services that they
offer. A complete description of the various booth packages is included.
