group the Campaign is trying to reach - teens and tweens!

A newspaper supplement that lets kids tell kids about the benefits of being drug-free. "Majority Rules" incorporates promotional materials for newspapers, classroom exercises for teachers and activities for kids to share with parents and caregivers. The supplement is a template that can be used as provided, or customized by newspapers and local coalitions to mirror their own communities and feature their own young people. National Guard Challenge Program |
The
Challenge program, a preventive rather than remedial youth-at-risk
program, targets participants who are unemployed, drug-free and law-free
high-school dropouts, 16 to 18 years of age. Core components of the
program are citizenship, academic excellence (GED/high school diploma
attainment), life-coping skills, community service, health and hygiene,
skills training, leadership/followership, and physical training. The
five-month residential phase, which includes the pre-residential phase,
is followed by a year-long mentoring relationship with a specially
trained member from each youth's community.

SADD is a peer leadership organization dedicated to preventing underage
